1. This product adopts cylindrical box, dusty air enters from tangential direction and rotates along the wall. When the dusty air enters into the box, the cross section of airflow suddenly increases and the flow rate decreases. Therefore, the dust particles with larger particles are separated from the airflow under the influence of self-weight, centrifugal inertial force and cylinder wall resistance, and settle to the bottom of the box along the wall.

2. The rest of the dust particles are stagnated in the cartridge, and the purified air is discharged by the cartridge. The resistance of dust particles will increase accordingly with the increase of dust particles in the outer wall of cartridge, and the filtering capacity will decrease gradually. With the increase of dust particles on the outer wall of the filter element, the resistance of the dust collector will increase accordingly, and the filtering capacity will be weakened gradually.

3. For this reason, the pulse controller sends out a signal at regular intervals, and opens the electromagnetic pulse valve in sequence, so that the compressed air in the air bag enters into the filter element by the blowing pipe (called primary wind). At the same time, this high-speed air flow will also induce several times more than the primary wind air to enter into the filter element (called secondary wind), which will make the filter element expand dramatically. Then terminate the blowing, and then the filter element shrinks dramatically. The one expansion and one contraction will make dust particles on the filter element shake off, so as to ensure that the filter element is in a good working condition.

4. Because the dust cleaning process is carried out in the filter element, never cut off the dusty air. So in this process, the handling capacity of the dust collector basically remains unchanged, and the pulse interval and width can be adjusted arbitrarily to adapt to different working conditions (nature of the dust particles, dust concentration, filtering wind speed, etc.).
